Scale / Workspaces & templates
The most expensive knowledge in a shoot is usually trapped in people’s heads: which model, which grey, which lens, which fit language, which reference was approved. A workspace makes those decisions visible; a template makes them runnable.
The point of view
Templates do not remove taste. They record it: source references, cast, background, pose, prompt and settings, plus the outputs that passed review. A teammate can then repeat the photograph without reverse-engineering a filename.
Organize by brand and production question. The workspace holds the visual world; the pack holds a product formula and shot battery; the template holds one repeatable frame. Keep experiments nearby, but promote only approved work.
Make it
Work small until the cast, product and photograph agree. Then make the system repeatable.
Collect product references, model identities, locations, prompts, outputs and review in one place.
Choose a representative top, dress, shoe or jewelry item and finish its complete shot battery.
Turn the approved prompts and settings into templates, then group related templates into a pack.
Track SKU, reference ID, template, output, review state and final delivery. Use the API or CLI only after the pilot has signed off.

Replace the placeholder IDs with your Astria references. Keep the factual product and identity instructions; change the creative language until it sounds like your brand.
Create a reusable PDP template for women’s tops. Keep model <faceid:MODEL_ID:1>, front relaxed stance, crop from head to mid-thigh, pale grey background #f5f5f5, even softbox light and true color fixed. Expose one replaceable <faceid:TOP_ID:1> top reference. Preserve neckline, sleeves, hem, print and fit. Output 3:4 at delivery resolution with exact background color.
Why this worksA good template separates the fixed photographic decisions from the one product input that changes.
Build a six-template tops pack: full front, 45-degree front-side, full back, waist detail, sleeve/neckline detail, and walking frame. Keep the same model identity, crop family, grey background and light across all six. Each template accepts one top reference and repeats the same fidelity checklist.
Why this worksThe pack is a coverage promise for an item type, not a bag of unrelated prompts.
Review every generated image against its source reference for silhouette, exact color, print scale, trims, closures, sleeve and hem length, logo, garment layering, model identity, anatomy, background hex and crop. Mark pass, correct or reject; do not scale the pack until two difficult pilot SKUs pass every required view.
