What & why - one space per brand
A workspace holds one piece of work — a brand, a collection, or a single campaign. Everything that belongs to it sits inside: the avatars you've cast, the templates you built, the prompts you're still tuning, and the people working on it. Open a different workspace and none of it crosses over.
What's inside - avatars, templates, prompts, team
So what's actually in one? Four things. Your avatars — the models you've cast, there in the picker whenever you generate. Your templates. Your prompts, with everything the team has already run. And the team itself. All of it shared, so whoever opens the workspace sees exactly what you see.
Walkthrough - create, invite, add the URL
To find it, look top right — your workspace name sits in the header. Click it, and every workspace you own drops down, with a search box on top. Type a name that doesn't exist yet, and it offers to create it. One click, and you're already inside. That's the setup, done. Now the people. The little gear beside the name opens the workspace. Under Members, drop in an email and hit Invite. They get an email that drops them straight into this workspace — no setup at their end. One thing worth knowing: they'll generate on your balance, so the brand's spend stays yours to watch. Then the pencil by the title. There's a URL field there — put the brand's own site in. Save it, and Astria pulls their favicon and logo straight off the site. Their branding, already in place.
Multiplayer - two cursors, one canvas, voice
Open the board and the workspace comes with it. You'll see the others' cursors moving across the canvas, each one named, so it's obvious which look someone means. And there's a Voice button in the corner — press it and you're talking over the work, like a huddle. Review stops being screenshots in a thread.
CTA - go make one
So before your next shoot: name the space, bring the team in, and let them watch it come together. It's the little folder at the top right of your screen. Go make one.
